Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Committee with responsibility for influencing the thinking and decisions behind the company’s overall strategies, plans, and operations.
The executive is responsible for developing and delivering timely accounting and financial data to all parts of the company that support optimal decision-making.
The chosen candidate has more than 20 years of financial/accounting experience within successful and sophisticated publicly-traded companies and has the ability to work on critical strategic issues to facilitate the effective and profitable growth of the company.
