POSITION SUMMARY
The Branch Operations Director will oversee day-to-day operational execution across a high-volume distribution environment, with responsibility for warehouse operations, logistics, customer service and workforce management. This leader will drive performance across safety, service levels, throughput and operational efficiency within a complex pick/pack network, ensuring consistent execution across facilities and alignment with enterprise standards. The role carries significant impact through optimization of processes, strengthening of operational discipline and delivery of a reliable, high-quality customer experience across a large regional footprint.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive operations and general management leadership experience within large-scale distribution and high-volume logistics environments. He most recently served as a Senior Vice President with full P&L responsibility for a $500 million regional business. In this role, he led end-to-end operations across a multi-site distribution network, driving significant improvements in service, efficiency and profitability while overseeing logistics, warehouse operations and workforce performance. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles within a global consumer organization, where he managed large-scale distribution operations, led turnaround efforts across underperforming markets and oversaw teams of more than 1,000 employees across multiple locations.
