Senior Director, Business Transformation
$3 Billion Vertically Integrated Food Company
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Business Transformation will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead a newly created, enterprise-wide transformation function as the organization scales through its next phase of growth. This leader will build and run the transformation management office, establishing an integrated view of strategic initiatives with clear ownership, governance and Finance-validated benefit realization. The role spans ERP modernization, data and AI programs, M&A integration, process standardization and operating model evolution.
The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of progressive experience and a proven record of owning complex transformation portfolios inside an operating company, not just advising on them. This includes ERP or major systems change management and multiple M&A integrations. They will combine a management consultant’s structure with an operator’s drive for results, leading through enablement rather than enforcement to strengthen planning and execution across the organization.
