POSITION SUMMARY
The President will report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as the senior commercial leader responsible for driving the organization’s growth strategy across sales, estimating, customer experience and project management. This executive will lead the development of a scalable commercial organization, strengthen go-to-market strategies, expand customer and partner relationships and align commercial execution with operational capabilities to support continued growth. The role carries significant enterprise impact through market expansion, enhanced customer engagement, disciplined commercial processes and development of high-performing teams that deliver profitable growth and exceptional project execution.
