Situation Analysis

Rising consumer demand for clean-label, convenient comfort food drove our client’s rapid expansion in the national frozen food market. As it scaled its consumer packaged goods business, our client needed to grow operations without compromising quality or authenticity and required a Chief Sales Officer to guide sales strategy across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

The Chief Sales Officer leads the multi-channel growth strategy alongside the Chief Executive Officer, translating vision into actionable sales plans. This leader oversees all commercial functions including sales, trade and operations, in alignment with the brand’s mission and innovation goals. The role builds relationships with key retailers and distributors, drives trade optimization and leads contract negotiations while expanding distribution and developing customizable food solutions.
