POSITION SUMMARY

The Chief Sales Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board and investors to drive top-line performance. This leader will own all commercial functions including Sales, Trade and Sales Operations, with responsibility for shaping multi-channel go to market plans across retail, e-commerce and foodservice. The role carries broad enterprise impact through expansion of distribution and velocity, development of channel strategies and alignment of commercial priorities with brand positioning and product innovation while building scalable structures to support continued growth.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of commercial leadership experience within consumer-packaged goods, with strong exposure to frozen, refrigerated or perishable categories. This executive combines deep expertise across retail and food service channels with a track record of driving distribution, profitability and customer partnerships in competitive environments. Experience operating within private equity-backed businesses is preferred, along with strength in sales operations, trade optimization and team leadership. The profile reflects a hands-on, adaptable leader who influences cross-functional partners, builds high-performing teams and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
