The Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer will serve as a strategic and active member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide human capital strategies that support growth, performance, and culture. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will lead all HR functions for a geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring talent, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design align with business priorities. The CHRO will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership, driving cultural evolution, organizational effectiveness, and workforce readiness while reinforcing the company’s values and high-performance expectations.
