The Vice President of Food Safety will serve as the senior food safety leader across a global perishable foods platform, overseeing enterprise-wide programs spanning regulatory compliance, supplier approval, organics, microbiology, and food safety systems. This executive will lead food safety strategy across the full value chain, partnering closely with operations, quality, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure consistent standards, continuous improvement, and compliance across geographically dispersed facilities and third-party partners. The role carries significant enterprise impact through advancement of the company’s food safety culture, strengthening of regulatory and customer relationships, and representation of the organization as an industry thought leader.
Our placement brings more than 15 years of progressive food safety and quality leadership experience across produce, ready-to-eat, and foodservice environments. She most recently served as Director of Supply Chain, Food Safety & Quality for North America for a global fresh foods platform. In this role, she led enterprise-wide food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs across multiple business units, overseeing supplier quality, cold chain operations, and ready-to-eat products across several countries. She has a proven track record of building food safety and quality systems from the ground up, strengthening customer and regulatory relationships, and driving alignment across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams. Earlier in her career, she held senior food safety leadership roles within a major global QSR organization, where she developed produce safety standards, supplier verification programs, and global microbiological specifications.
