Position Summary:
The Division President will lead all aspects of a standalone retail business with full P&L responsibility, driving growth, profitability, and brand strength across a multi-division platform. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive sets strategy, oversees operations and merchandising, and serves as the public face of the business while aligning closely with enterprise leadership. The role focuses on strengthening customer value, optimizing the store footprint, and integrating the business more tightly with shared services to unlock scale and efficiency.
