Position Summary:

 
The Vice President of Supply Chain is a strategic executive responsible for designing and executing a forward-looking supply chain and procurement strategy that drives operational excellence across planning, sourcing, production, and logistics. The Vice President has direct leadership responsibility for teams across procurement, planning, materials, scheduling, and logistics. This leader will oversee master production scheduling, supplier performance management, and inventory optimization to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and service reliability. By embedding advanced analytics, AI-powered tools, and disciplined SIOP practices, the Vice President will align demand, supply, and financial outcomes while fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 

The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within complex manufacturing environments, preferably food or contract manufacturing. They will have a strong track record of implementing advanced planning technologies, lean practices, and scalable processes to enhance performance and cost savings. Expertise in ERP, MRP, and supply chain systems is critical, along with the ability to lead high-performing teams and influence across functions. A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, paired with strong analytical and communication skills, will be essential to success in this role.
