Position Summary:
The Head of Critical Category Procurement will lead the creation and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives within a newly established Center of Excellence. This role is responsible for driving procurement strategy, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring long-term supply chain resilience. Reporting into the Chief Procurement Officer, this person will guide commercial strategy, deliver cost efficiencies, and align procurement with broader organizational goals.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in category management or commodity procurement. They must be a commercially driven strategist and strong business partner, capable of navigating global markets, leading negotiations, and building a high-performing team. A collaborative mindset, deep market insight, and ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
