Position Summary:

 
The Division Head of Finance serves as the senior financial advisor and strategic business partner to the leadership team, overseeing all financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities across a global business. This leader ensures adherence to financial best practices while translating complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. With responsibility for driving performance, operational scalability, and cross-functional alignment, this role is pivotal in enabling long-term business growth and value creation. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage change across multiple teams and locations.
 

Our placement is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience leading financial strategy and operations in publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. He has owned the full scope of finance operations, including FP&A, controllership, pricing, treasury, and strategic finance, while partnering directly with executive leadership to drive enterprise value and long-term scalability. His background includes leading finance functions through IPO readiness, capital events, and transformative growth while optimizing financial systems, pricing strategies, and revenue models, making him exceptionally well-positioned to lead and evolve the finance function in a complex, global environment.
