Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, is a critical transformation leadership role tasked with the integration of multiple supply chains. Over the next three years, the role will be marketed by the integration of multiple businesses into “one order, one invoice, one delivery” and unlocking synergies, as well as managing transformation in the US based supply network that will enable growth.
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain and operations, including early factory and potentially multi-site manufacturing leadership, along with expertise in planning and logistics. They should have a background in FMCG/CPG companies, preferably with experience in both large corporations and smaller companies, demonstrating a hands-on approach. Experience in a matrix environment within a global company and sitting on cross-functional leadership teams reporting to P&L executives is preferred.
