Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer, North America is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for providing financial leadership in addition to influencing the strategic business direction of the North America business. Importantly, this role will be critical in continuing the fast growth and the evolution of the business, and requires an executive who has the experience, tenacity and highly developed communication and collaboration skills required to help lead the business to the next level of performance.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of financial/accounting experience within one or more successful and sophisticated publicly-traded companies. The executive must have early academy company training. It is also likely that the executive will have spent the early part of their career at one of the Big 4 audit firms and will have a CPA. From an industry perspective, experience in a FMCG company, ideally in the food/beverage industry, is preferred with demonstrated commercial and manufacturing finance assignments.
