Position Summary
The President, Florida, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will have P&L responsibility for a $350M+ business, including distribution centers in Miami and Orlando. This role entails leading the business functions and developing an organizational structure aligned with the business strategy, utilizing both direct and matrixed reporting relationships to achieve targeted objectives.
Successful Placement
Our placement comes with over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He has previously had full P&L responsibility of $1.3 billion and has managed teams of up to 200 employees. He is a results-driven, strategic, hands on leader with significant experience working in a matrix environment with ownership of sales, customer service and operations.
