$2 Billion Publicly Traded Retail Client in the Southwest
Reports to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Customer Service.
This executive will be responsible for driving the collaborative strategy, design, development, implementation, and administration of the corporation’s total rewards program, with the focus on compensation, benefits, employee metrics/reporting, and human resource information systems (HRIS).
The successful candidate will also be tasked to direct the design, development, implementation, and administration of general pay practices, base pay salary structures, short-term incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans to ensure compensation piece of the total rewards program is internally equitable and externally competitive.
