Position Summary:
The executive stepping into this role will lead integrated supply chain and operations across North America in support of a $5B+ region. This is the largest region for this global company. The Vice President of North America Supply Chain will establish the long-term strategies, best practices, and tools necessary to create a market-leading supply chain organization, implementing disruptive technologies and processes that challenge conventional thinking and drive overall improvements across every aspect of the supply chain, especially customer service & logistics and network optimization.
The ideal candidate will be a world-class integrated supply chain leader who can drive results against SC metrics as well as sustainable change initiatives across all areas of the supply chain to build a more agile and customer-oriented organization. Previous senior leadership experience in manufacturing and at least one other function of supply chain (e.g., Procurement, Engineering, Logistics) is required.
