$4 Billion Insurance Client
The Vice President of Group Operations will work closely with the U.S. business unit leaders to establish the strategic direction of the Group Operations function and ensure the successful implementation of key business priorities for U.S. and global objectives.
This person will oversee a total headcount of 650 employees and manage a $54 million budget. He/she will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class service organization for customers, and an efficient, streamlined operation for the business.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10+ years of senior-level operations experience in overseeing broker licensing & commissions, case installation, enrollment, billing, quoting, call center operations, and conversion strategies in a multi-site environment.
