The Vice President, Commercial Markets will be responsible for achieving net growth targets and achieving financial targets established in the annual budget, working collaboratively with cross functional teams to meet sales objectives and growth in membership, revenue, and visibility while maintaining a consistent message aligned with the company’s vision and values.
The Vice President, Commercial Markets will lead 3 business segments, define strategies that align with the overall enterprise strategy, drive the strategy, hire and retain a high performing team, and manage departmental budget. The executive will report to the Senior Vice President and President, Commercial Markets.
The successful candidate will have 10 of years of progressive experience in the managed health care industry, including 5 years of sales management experience and comprehensive knowledge of commercial products.
