As the senior most strategy executive, this executive will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and will work closely the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors to develop the corporate strategy and guide the businesses through the strategic planning process while ensuring the businesses remain aligned with the overarching corporate strategy.
This leader will assist the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team in the development of the strategic plans and initiatives that will strengthen the company’s competitive position and enhance its global growth plans.
Importantly, this executive must be viewed as a CEO succession candidate and must have prior functional experience in operations, commercial, or general management and a willingness to take on future developmental assignments is critical.
