Position Summary
The Senior Vice President, Supply Chain reports to the CEO and serves as a key member of the Leadership Team, leading supply chain management, procurement and supply chain strategy while partnering closely with the Manufacturing Leader to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective supply of food products. This executive drives operational excellence through executing supply chain planning processes, leading monthly IBP/S&OP cycles, developing inventory optimization strategies, overseeing procurement and category management and creating operations network strategies that support growth objectives and total delivered cost reduction.
Our placement most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain for a leading agricultural and food production organization, where he was a key member of the executive leadership team reporting to the CEO. This executive oversaw a global supply chain organization responsible for leading a significant business transformation shifting focus across channel priorities. The role required deep end-to-end planning expertise including the implementation of IBP and S&OP processes, development of AI enabled planning capabilities and execution of network optimization strategies. He managed procurement, logistics, customer service and co-manufacturing partnerships while delivering significant cost savings, improving service levels and strengthening inventory performance. A strategic yet hands on leader, he is known for building high-performing teams, partnering closely with executive leadership and boards and driving operational excellence through disciplined planning, cross functional alignment and a focus on total delivered cost.
