Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President will lead the strategic Sales, Marketing, and Estimating function for the company. As the accountable leader, responsibilities will include developing market and customer segmentation strategies, driving core sales in the existing book of business, and the strategic identification and execution of new, non-traditional end markets such as EV and battery plants, semi-conductor facilities, and new and emerging government projects throughout the United States and Canada. A major focus of this role will be the strategic identification and execution of new non-traditional end markets.
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of business development experience leading high-performing sales and marketing teams. They will have significant experience working in construction for a general contractor or related project-based specialty services businesses. Experience selling into end markets that will be expansion opportunities for the organization is critical. This leader will demonstrate a deep proficiency and expert knowledge of all company capabilities and will be a change agent with a history of leveraging a variety of change management plans and tools.
