The Senior Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for aligning and supporting all HR strategy including recruiting, talent & leadership development, succession planning, organization and human capital alignment, employee relations and engagement, cultural stewardship, coaching, compensation & benefits, and compliance across the enterprise. The SVP, HR has a voice on all company operations including mission and values, and will design and drive HR practices while managing a team of 63 people.
This well-rounded individual brings over 15 years of experience in progressive HR roles in highly-respected organizations known for their merit-based, collaborative and value-added human resources functions. Their experience with a distributed workforce in a multi-site/multi-state environment and depth in talent management, training, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness make them a perfect fit for the role.
