POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President & General Manager will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for accelerating growth across a multi-brand luxury portfolio through disciplined commercial execution and rigorous P&L management. This executive will guide brand strategy and portfolio architecture while leading the sales organization and partnering across supply chain, manufacturing, and customer operations to elevate performance and service standards. With accountability for financial results, channel strategy, and operational reliability, the role requires hands-on leadership within a complex, matrixed global environment. The SVP & General Manager will act as a visible brand ambassador, strengthening relationships across the design and hospitality communities while driving measurable improvement in growth, margin, and working capital efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned general manager or senior commercial executive with direct ownership of a complex $400M+ P&L, ideally within premium or luxury branded environments. They will bring demonstrated success leading sales organizations across multiple regions and channels, coupled with strong financial acumen in pricing, mix management, forecasting, and investment prioritization. This leader will have experience managing brand portfolios, integrating acquisitions, and driving cross-functional alignment across supply chain, customer operations, and manufacturing. An influential and resilient executive, they will combine strategic perspective with operational rigor, building high-performing teams and delivering sustained growth within a global matrix structure.
