Position Summary:
This position will report to the Head of Medicaid for the Great Plains region and will provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
The executive is expected to establish credibility throughout the region as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges, facilitate the collaborative development of strategies and be accountable for the financial, operational and medical aspects of the Plan.
This person must develop credibility with health systems and primary care organizations around the effective deployment of electronic health records, clinical integration and technology options. Additionally, they must lead expansion into new states or programs, including the recruiting and deployment of development teams.
