Position Summary:
The President & CEO will be responsible for the P&L of a business unit with multiple locations in the US and Mexico, and roughly $110MM in revenues.
The executive in this role will focus on developing and executing a growth strategy that will result in solid year-over-year growth in revenue and earnings.
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in a high volume engineered product environment, selling multiple product lines to various industry targets. Successful candidates will have strong sales and marketing backgrounds with experience selling through multiple channels.
