POSITION SUMMARY
The President will serve as the senior leader of a multi-banner premium retail business. This executive will guide long-term direction while directly shaping brand positioning, merchandising, marketing and customer experience, with a mandate to elevate market relevance and financial performance.
Our placement brings over 30 years of progressive leadership experience within premium grocery and multi-banner retail environments. He demonstrated a proven ability to lead complex, multi-unit operations, including oversight of merchandising, operations and marketing across a $2B business, while successfully integrating acquired banners and elevating brand positioning. His leadership drove significant sales growth, including a 40% increase tied to acquisition integration, alongside transformative merchandising initiatives such as private label expansion, experiential store concepts and food hall development.
