The Vice President of Sales will report to the Chief Executive Officer and lead enterprise-wide revenue strategy and execution across a growing, multi-market services business. This executive will own go-to-market strategy, business development and sales operations, with responsibility for building a scalable, metrics-driven commercial engine that supports consistent growth across multiple service lines. The role carries significant impact through the development of structured sales processes, stronger customer partnerships, and tighter alignment across sales, marketing and operations to drive predictable performance and market expansion.

He most recently served as Vice President of Sales, North America for a $500 million multi-channel business, where he led revenue strategy, go-to-market alignment and national accounts across contractor, distribution and OEM channels. He played a key role in integrating multiple legacy organizations into a unified commercial structure, rebuilding the sales organization, strengthening strategic partnerships and improving pricing discipline and margin performance. He has a proven track record of leading large, multi-market teams, building scalable sales frameworks and delivering consistent results in complex, evolving environments.
