Position Summary
The President will have full P&L leadership responsibility. This executive will drive the execution of business plans and objectives to deliver on the company’s growth aspiration, build the leadership team to maintain and expand existing customer relationships, and drive key improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a senior operating executive (P&L or lead commercial role) with expertise in high growth business, either services or products with similar customers in the food and beverage sector, such as food ingredients or lab and testing services. This executive must have demonstrated success in building commercial leadership teams, developing leaders, and helping to scale customer focused site operations in a high growth environment.
