The Director of Human Capital Management will be responsible for cultivating new and existing client business development, creating effective go-to-market strategies and overseeing delivery of consulting services that transform capabilities in people, process, technology, and strategy.
Helping clients enable enterprise strategy, performance and growth goals by aligning human resources strategic initiatives with business strategy, reducing costs, working more effectively, scaling operations in response to enterprise growth, as well as attracting and keeping the most valuable talent are key elements of this position.
This person will have the experience and ability to recruit, lead, mentor and grow consultants while providing direction and oversight to project delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience working with clients to optimize their HR functions and generate talent power, and must have led a relevant consulting group or practice in the local market in the past three years.
