The National Leader of IT M&A Services will be accountable for conceiving and executing on the IT M&A Services strategy, driving consistent meaningful, profitable growth, leading a team across multiple locations.
The executive in this role will successfully develop and execute the revenue and productivity strategies including acquiring new customers, providing additional services to existing customers, and diversifying into new solutions.
The successful candidate has over 15 years of experience leading strategic M&A business development and delivery. He/she has a successful track record of advising strategic and financial buyers across a range of industries in all aspects of the M&A lifecycle from Acquisition Readiness, Due Diligence, Pre-Close Carve-Out & Integration Planning, Post-Close Execution, and Operational Performance improvement.
