The Chief Human Resources Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and lead the full scope of the company’s human capital strategy and operations. This executive will oversee talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, employee relations, HR systems and analytics, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the organization’s growth objectives. As a member of the executive team, the CHRO will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen culture, enhance employee engagement, and build scalable people processes that support expansion. The role carries responsibility for modernizing HR infrastructure, elevating performance management, and embedding data driven decision making across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including time spent building capabilities within both best in class and evolving organizations. They will have a demonstrated track record leading talent management, succession planning, compensation strategy, and KPI driven recruitment functions in dynamic, multi site environments. This leader will combine strategic perspective with a hands on approach, capable of influencing senior stakeholders while also implementing disciplined, scalable processes.
