Position Summary:
The Partner, National Director of Audit will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the national audit department and guiding the transformation and innovation of the Firm’s audit service delivery.
The National Director is a Partner in the Firm’s National Assurance Office and leads a team of 20+ professionals responsible for audit standards adoption, development of audit methodology, technical policy, technical consultations, audit tools, engagement performance review, technical research and engagement support, and related guidance, tools, trainings, and communications, and the publication of thought leadership.
This executive will develop and execute strategic initiatives and change management strategies to drive organizational transformation through adoption of changes in methodology, process, technology, training, and mindset.
