Position Summary:
The Market Leader will be responsible for establishing, building, growing and managing the Philadelphia-office consulting practice. This includes building relationships, developing new business, growing strategic accounts, managing regional accounts, hiring and developing consulting associates, leading consulting teams in service delivery and providing superior service to clients.
The successful candidate must have 5+ years of IT consulting/professional services practice leadership and P&L management experience, with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading IT strategy, custom development, project management and technology services solutions sales and delivery.
