Position Summary:
This role will create, communicate, and execute a multi-year roadmap to launch the worksite products suite into the core relationships of the distribution channel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for product design and development including positioning in the market place, identifying business requirements, evaluating gaps in product offering and delivering a competitive product with solid positioning to the sales function.
Oversee all aspects of worksite product development life cycle including regulatory, legislative and market intelligence.
