Position Summary:
This role will create, communicate, and execute a multi-year roadmap to launch the worksite products suite into the core relationships of the distribution channel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for product design and development including positioning in the marketplace, identifying business requirements, evaluating gaps in products offering and delivering competitive products with solid positioning to the sales function.
Oversee all aspects of worksite product development life cycle including regulatory, legislative, and market intelligence.
