The Head of Talent Management and Acquisition will drive talent strategy to achieve the client’s strategic vision of aspiring to be an Employer of Choice. This role will provide strategic engagement and thought leadership and design, develop and deploy enterprise-wide talent management practices, processes and tools for talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, performance enablement, leadership development and the career experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of related experience including engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have demonstrated senior leadership experience designing, managing, and driving talent management programs in an organization of comparable scope, scale, and complexity.
