The person in this role will refine and implement the global strategy and processes to be utilized for successfully filling executive-level roles including continuous improvement methodology, continually evaluating and updating processes to yield improved results, and refinement of scorecards (metrics) to measure success.
Establish a process to work with the HR directors and hiring managers in different regions and functions to build an effective executive recruitment engine.
