POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Service Delivery & Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead the build-out of a centralized operations function supporting a growing, multi-product insurance platform. This executive will oversee underwriting support, premium accounting, delegated authority oversight, regulatory reporting and broker service operations, while driving standardization, automation and scalable operating processes across product lines. The role carries significant enterprise impact through transformation of a federated operating model into a centralized, technology-enabled platform that strengthens controls, improves service delivery and supports long-term growth.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of insurance operations leadership experience within MGA, delegated authority or Lloyd’s environments, with a track record of scaling complex, multi-product operations. This leader combines deep expertise in underwriting operations, bordereaux management and fiduciary controls with experience leading operational transformation and managing third-party vendors and BPO relationships. Strong executive presence, regulatory acumen and the ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments are essential, along with a hands-on leadership style focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
