Position Summary:
The Head of National Business Service Operations is accountable for end-to-end service excellence for the National Accounts business segment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for member, plan sponsor, and provider service excellence through delivery of consistent, high quality, and low-cost solutions. The successful candidate will develop and oversee the implementation of the strategic and operational functions including Member, Plan Sponsor (case installation, eligibility, billing, AR), Claims and Provider Services.
Manage and promote a strong customer service platform and a progressive, innovation-oriented culture.
Provide leadership for a total head count of over 5,000 employees in multiple locations throughout the United States while overseeing a $400 million dollar budget.
Lead the creation and implementation the organizations exchange strategy.
