The Head of Major National Retail Chain will report to the Chief Customer Officer and lead the sales strategy and execution for one of the organization’s most critical customer relationships. This executive will hold full accountability for delivering top line growth, profitability and strategic expansion within the retail club channel. The role includes ownership of customer strategy, annual business planning, senior-level relationship management and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure disciplined execution and sustained performance. As a key member of the sales leadership team, this leader will provide strategic input on broader commercial priorities while ensuring the retail club business consistently exceeds plan.
