Position Summary:
The executive in this role will leverage existing resources to drive big impact activities and support an aggressive innovation agenda. This includes driving ‘big bets’ programs and developing capabilities to support new business opportunities, developing new technologies, and driving costs out of the supply chain.
This executive will prioritize projects and a long-term focus across Europe while motivating the R, D & Q community, clarifying its role and agenda; ensuring resources are fully aligned to the business strategy, and minimizing duplication and maximizing utilization of the appropriate skills and resources.
