Position Summary:
The Head of Europe will provide full P&L leadership for the company’s European business. Specifically they will lead, direct, and coordinate the full activities of the business with a goal of obtaining optimum efficiency, growth ahead of market, and maximizing profits.
This executive will need to develop strategies to maintain profitability. Product assessment, regional expansion, and other avenues designed to greatly increase the business are also expected. Additionally, there is a need to create and drive more unified processes and systems across the entire European landscape.
A top, strategic goal is the chance to revisit and reduce costs across the entire region and in every area or function. This executive will be expected to have a clear understanding of company costs and opportunities to effectively reduce them.
