Position Summary:
The Head of Digital Assets and Application Development will lead the strategy and execution of digital transformation across customer- and distributor-facing platforms. Overseeing a multi-million-dollar portfolio and a global team, this role will align business goals with scalable, compliant technology solutions that elevate the user experience and reflect the company’s brand. Key platforms include the public website, Salesforce CRM, mobile apps, and digital content systems.
The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of technology leadership experience in insurance or financial services, with a strong track record in digital application development, team management, and platform modernization. Expertise in Salesforce, CMS/DAM systems, mobile UX, and marketing tech is critical, as are excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with influence in a highly regulated, collaborative environment.
