Position Summary
The Group Vice President, Operations – Liquid Products is responsible for providing leadership and direction to all operations activities for liquid products and ensures the attainment of all quality, cost, timeliness, safety and customer satisfaction objectives and company financial and growth goals for the company’s City of Industry, California site.
This executive directs, through subordinate management, an operations staff of approximately 500 associates (salaried and union-hourly).
Our candidate possesses 15 years of progressively responsible food processing management experience in a complex food-manufacturing environment, including significant experience managing large groups of operations employees (with union experience preferred).
