Position Summary:
The Group Vice President (GVP), Global Foodservice has direct executive responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of the Global Foodservice business unit including the dotted line oversight of Foodservice Manufacturing and Distribution. The GVP will collaborate with the COO and other members of the Senior Executive Team to develop and execute the strategic direction for sustainable growth and lead the team to execute against these strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of broad-based business unit and general management experience, preferably with a premium branded food manufacturing company and some exposure to a B2B environment. The executive must possess a proven track record involving major strategic and operating decisions resulting in building, strengthening, enriching, and managing full business units of value-added brands, and be experienced in a full range of general management responsibilities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear trajectory to grow into the CEO or COO role.
