Position Summary:
The Group President will report to and work closely with the CEO of the organizations parent company to establish and execute the operational and strategic agenda for the AMH businesses. This role entails overseeing all commercial, operational and staff functions while providing clear leadership to the organization. Responsibilities include driving sustainable, profitable growth through market share expansion and continuous operational improvement.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record of successful P&L leadership, showcasing their ability to manage organizations with similar scale, complexity, and market characteristics. They should excel in driving growth and innovation, evidenced by their strategic planning skills and the ability to deliver transformational, profitable growth. Additionally, they should have expertise in product portfolio management, branding, customer engagement, and team building. The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional leadership qualities by identifying and leveraging individual strengths within their team, driving results by setting ambitious yet achievable goals, leading strategically by creating roadmaps for hyper-growth, and effectively managing change with clear communication and adaptability.
