Slayton is pleased to announce the completion of the search for the Group Chief Marketing Officer for a Frozen Food Market
The Group Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the function and company through the dramatic shifts in how to influence consumer behavior. The Group Chief Marketing Officer will be charged with driving the company’s overall marketing strategy, developing and leading a small, but high-performance marketing organization and executing the marketing programs necessary to drive profitable growth and innovation.
The candidate will have oversight for all marketing initiatives across the company. This role is also responsible for driving commercial analytics and insights to steer the near-term performance and long-term strategy of the company, and working at the “U-joint” with R&D to inform a robust innovation strategy. Critical initiatives include the evaluation of the agency ecosystem and a portfolio of initiatives and tool building to drive enhanced MROI, as well as the further embedding of digital excellence in all of marketing.
The Global Chief Marketing Officer will currently be the Head of Marketing for a consumer business (corporate/ division/regional), preferably food, with current or past global experience.
