The Global Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the development of a consumer led portfolio strategy, driving consumer/shopper segmentation and insights, optimizing digital marketing in alignment with company vision, and building and shaping an effective and efficient marketing organization through leadership, training, and motivation to inspire innovation.
The Global Chief Marketing Officer drives overall marketing strategy, developing and leading a high-performance marketing organization and executing marketing programs necessary to drive profitable growth. The CMO oversees the strategic direction of all global brands and expansion, partnering with the SVP, R&D and Innovation to drive delivery of targeted value and volume.
Our candidate possesses an MBA in finance and marketing and 15+ of years of experience in marketing leadership roles, enabling digital strategy, launching eCommerce platforms, and defining the customer journey.
