Position Summary:
The Executive Vice President of Risk Standards and Underwriting Transformation will be responsible for leading the strategic transformation of the underwriting function of one of the most respected mutual life insurance carriers. The successful candidate will focus on driving executive-level strategic change by creating and implementing an enterprise-wide underwriting transformation strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in life insurance underwriting and risk standards-setting and will have proven experience in data-driven underwriting transformation; significant experience leveraging data analytics, AI, and machine learning applied to both traditional and non-traditional data to achieve desired mortality, cost, and client experience outcomes is highly desired.
