The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop a strategy and implementation to address the changing consumer dynamics in the insurance marketplace.
This leader will oversee the design, development and execution of strategies, communication, education, technology and rewards/recognition for Agency Owners, Agency Staff, and Field Sales Leadership to deliver on the agency value proposition, customer value proposition and provide maximum value to agency owners as small business owners.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of proven senior leadership distribution experience in either a personal lines or commercial lines insurance carrier (or comparable distribution system in another industry).
